This product is excellent for pregnant women starting from the fourth month of pregnancy. I took it during my pregnancy, and my daughter’s growth was remarkable. After birth, her bone health was excellent. I believe it contributed to her better weight at birth and improved both my physical and psychological health. I recommend taking such medications during pregnancy.
